WHM provides construction oversight and monitoring on various environmental resources projects. WHM is experienced and capable of providing oversight during the construction process to ensure that projects are constructed in compliance with design and permitting requirements. We also specialize in helping our clients meet their post construction monitoring requirements associated with stream and wetland crossings. Whether we have been contracted prior to project development or after project construction, we provide construction services for every step of the process.

Construction Management

We save you from managing a dozen contracts allowing the client to rely on outsourcing as a better business methodology. WHM can provide you with the overall planning, coordination, and control of the project. We will be your eyes and ears on the ground to carry your projects from concept to completion.

WHM provides construction oversight on wetland construction, stream restoration, dam removal, and AMD projects for its clients. WHM ensures that all of the design parameters and QA/QC specifications are met during the construction process by managing subcontractors, materials, work quality, and timelines. WHM also has a qualified timber rattle snake biologist and bog turtle surveyor that can be used to provide construction monitoring when habitats of these two species are being encroached upon.
